Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Delight
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberry crunch topping (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
1. Begin by preparing your crust. In a large bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until well combined and press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform
pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
2. While the crust is chilling, it’s time to make the cheesecake filling. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, continuing to beat until fully incorporated.
3. Add the vanilla extract and fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is
creamy and light.
4. Once the crust has set, pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
5. Layer the sliced strawberries evenly on top of the cheesecake. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over the strawberries for a delightful crunch.
6. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow the flavors to meld and set firmly.
7. Once ready to serve, carefully release the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and enjoy this delightful treat!
