Kash Patel Puts Pelosi On Notice: Corruption Will Be Exposed, Promises To “Bring The Thunder”

Newly appointed FBI Director Kash Patel is quickly making headlines, with his previous remarks regarding corruption in Washington gaining renewed attention, particularly concerning former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

In a candid interview with former Navy SEAL and Blackwater contractor Shawn Ryan on The Shawn Ryan Show, Patel did not hold back in his criticism of what he perceives as overt insider trading by Pelosi. He labeled her a “corrupt politician” and highlighted suspicions that many Americans have harbored—that Pelosi and her husband, Paul Pelosi, have leveraged their political clout to amass significant wealth through strategically timed stock transactions.

The interview, conducted in September 2024 and now circulating on X (formerly Twitter), has attracted increased scrutiny following Patel’s confirmation as FBI Director. Observers interpret this as an indication of Patel’s commitment to tackling entrenched corruption in Washington, beginning with Pelosi and her stock market activities.

The popular X account, Unusual Whales, which monitors Congressional stock trades, shared a compelling excerpt of Patel criticizing Pelosi’s history of suspiciously profitable stock dealings. “Examine Nancy Pelosi’s insider trading activities,” Patel stated. “This is insider trading, and she continues to earn hundreds of millions of dollars.” Social media users reacted strongly, with one commenter asserting, “For those unaware… Insider trading is theft. These individuals are manipulating stock prices to gain an unfair advantage.” Another remarked, “The Pelosi family has been profiting for years. It’s time to unveil the corruption.”

Additionally, another user emphasized the importance of Patel’s appointment, suggesting that the era of Washington elites evading accountability for financial misconduct may be coming to an end: “Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer, and their associates should be very worried. Kash Patel is not going to take this lightly. He’s not seeking media attention; he’s focused on action.”Patel’s assertive position on corruption extends beyond Pelosi. In his discussion with Ryan, he presented an extensive strategy to reform the FBI, beginning with its oversized headquarters in Washington, D.C. “On my first day, I would close the FBI Hoover Building and reopen it the following day as a museum dedicated to the Deep State,” Patel asserted. “Then, I would reassign the 7,000 employees currently in that building to locations across the country to pursue criminals. You are law enforcement—go act as law enforcement.”

This represents a significant shift from the politically motivated and weaponized FBI of recent years, which many Americans perceive as a mechanism for safeguarding the political elite while targeting ordinary citizens.

Patel also highlighted the pervasive waste and misconduct within federal agencies, an issue that Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency is currently addressing. “In every agency and department I have worked for, as the fiscal year comes to a close, the attitude is, ‘Go on trips, spend money.’ What? Just return it to Congress. We can’t do that,” Patel remarked, stressing the necessity for genuine accountability. With Patel leading the FBI, the era of unchecked power for the D.C. establishment may be nearing its conclusion. If his previous remarks are any indication, Nancy Pelosi and her associates might soon confront the justice they have long avoided. The pressing question now is: Will Washington finally experience a reckoning, or will the Swamp resist to safeguard its interests?
