EXCLUSIVE: Wedding location just revealed after Sean Hannity buys $23.5 million Florida mansion near Mar-A-Lago

In May 2008, Sean Hannity and his then-wife Jill purchased an expansive 10,600-square-foot mansion situated on the waterfront in Long Island, New York, for $10.5 million. The couple divorced in 2019, and later that August, Sean was seen attending a wedding alongside his Fox News colleague, Ainsley Earhardt. During the COVID pandemic, it was revealed that Ainsley was broadcasting “Fox & Friends” from the basement of Sean’s Long Island residence.

Eventually, Sean and Ainsley grew tired of their Long Island lifestyle and listed the mansion for sale in May 2024 at a price of $13.75 million. The property sold relatively quickly, fetching $12.7 million within a month.

In 2021, Sean acquired a condominium in Palm Beach, Florida, for $5.3 million. However, it appears that condo living did not meet his expectations, as he recently invested $23.5 million in a magnificent waterfront mansion in the vicinity. This new residence, located in Manalapan, Palm Beach County, is merely a four-minute drive from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club. The impressive estate spans over 19,600 square feet and features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It is situated on two acres, with 150 feet of oceanfront on one side and an additional 150 feet along the Intracoastal Waterway on the other. The previous owner acquired the property three years prior for $18 million, resulting in a profit of $5.5 million after just 36 months.

Manalapan is also known for housing one of the most remarkable estates in the United States. In March 2021, billionaire tech entrepreneur Jim Clark, recognized for his ventures with Silicon Graphics, Netscape, and WebMD, purchased a vast Florida estate named “Gemini” for an astounding $94 million. Gemini is considered one of the most extraordinary private residences available.
