1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 large egg
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Maple Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
2-3 tbsp milk (as needed)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl,
combine granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, egg, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Fill the Donut Pan: Transfer the batter to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
